Hi Folks,

Since our Kickoff meeting in Alexandria (Jan 9 & 10) I've accompanied Craig and the Clarity Team on site visits to Tucson, AZ and Richmond, VA.

While we were in Arizona, we also met with a small group of Million Dollar Roundtable (MDR) United Ways in looking at their data needs and potentially managing shared relationships across geographies. I'll share thoughts on this in a separate posting.

The excitement level of staff is really high in Tucson and Richmond. I'm heartened by the level of commitment to customer service by staff at each of these United Ways. Ed Parker in Tucson and Sherrie Brach in Richmond were fully engaged CEO's during the day and a half session at their respective organizations. Thanks to Dan Duncan in Tucson and Laura Meloy and Glenn Crider in Richmond for hosting us! They did a great job in ensuring that the sessions went well and that we talked with the right people.

I just returned from a visit to Twin Cities with Scott and Jeremy of the Ascentium Team and will post an entry on this trip as well. Thanks to Dawie for hosting us!

I'll be participating in the Brand Forum in Jacksonville, FL starting this Wed, Jan 30.

Take care!

Jim
